WHY
As the U.S. affordable housing crisis continues to grow, the TD Charitable Foundation's Housing for Everyone grant program continues to provide a way for nonprofits to deepen their impact in our communities, making homeownership more equitable and sustainable. This year's theme for the Housing for Everyone program is focused on sustaining homeownership, because we recognize it is important to not only create homeownership opportunities, but to also help individuals and families retain their homes.

Since its inception in 2005, Housing for Everyone has provided more than $56 million to help more than 585 affordable housing initiatives in the U.S. communities TD serves from Maine to Florida and in the Detroit metro area.
