MaineCF’s BIPOC Fund awarded 39 grants totaling $350,000. Donors with advised funds at MaineCF awarded an additional 13 grants totaling $80,000.

Grants from the Maine Community Foundation’s (MaineCF) Animal Welfare Fund are available to organizations and projects that advance animal welfare for small companion animals in the state. 

The Maine Community Foundation’s Hospice Fund awarded $32,063 to four organizations providing end-of-life services in Southern Maine.

As part of our efforts to make meaningful connections with existing organizations, the Permanent Commission on the Status of Racial, Indigenous, and Tribal Populations has launched mini-awards to lift up community-led work.
