.Medomak Exchange exists to serve the people of the Waldoboro area through educational and spiritual programs which foster a sense of connection and community across the various socioeconomic groups who live here. Emphasis is on a variety of programs and services offered in a safe, comfortable and creative space which enhance whole body-mind-spirit health and build capacity for participants to better support themselves and their families.
