The Art of Planning What We Cannot Predict: An Introduction to Contingency & Scenario Planning
Program Details
The John T. Gorman Foundation and the Elmina B. Sewall Foundation are partnering to provide a free virtual introduction to contingency and scenario planning for nonprofits. Nonprofit leaders are facing a growing number of decisions without clear answers including budgeting for the unknown, adapting programs to shifting needs, and leading teams through prolonged uncertainty. The session will offer a mix of real-world examples, accessible frameworks, and time for reflection.
