A Day in the Life of a Grants Manager
Program Details
Join PEAK New England for our annual event, "A Day in the Life of a Grants Manager." This in-person all-day workshop includes a PEAK2025 debrief, roundtable discussions, and lunch! Generously hosted by the Barr Foundation, this event will be an opportunity to focus on your journey in grants management, hear from expert speakers, and network with colleagues.
The program also includes a hybrid panel interview featuring Margaret Egan, consultant and co-founder of PEAK Grantmaking, Hannah Kahn, chief revenue officer at ImagineCRM, and Adam Liebling, vice president of grants management at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. This panel topic will be “The Next Level: What’s Beyond Director,” where the speakers will share their stories on how they broke through the “grants ceiling” and got past Director of GM-level. This topic was inspired by a lively thread on the PEAK message board!
Following the panel discussion and lunch, in-person attendees will learn how to use SWOT analysis to identify areas for personal and professional growth, the benefits of drafting personal mission and vision statements, and how to create a timeline for pursuing development opportunities that can help achieve career objectives.
This is a hybrid event with the option to join in-person or virtually.
