You’ve probably noticed that the federal grant spigot is flowing again, with increased Notices of Funding Opportunity postings on grants.gov. You may not have noticed that the Terms and Conditions (T & Cs) that govern each grant award have been updated to reflect new presidential Executive Orders. When you apply for a federal grant, accept a grant award, amend your grant award, or seek an extension, you will be required to comply with updated T & Cs.
