The Wright Collective invites you to a retreat for leaders carrying the weight of systemic change in nonprofit, government, or philanthropic work - those feeling the toll and ready to reconnect. It's a space for meaningful conversation, shared experiences in leading with care and resilience, and stepping into a more balanced relationship with self and purpose. 

Program 

• August 15: 3pm - 9pm followed by a delicious plant-based dinner
• August 16: 9am - 4pm, restorative practice and peer-learning with a final ceremony and send-off at 4pm.
