As a follow-up to the recently-released report by Fund the People on Long-Haul Grantmaking, join Fund the People to discuss their findings on their mid-stream case study of the Endeavor Fund, a grantmaking program of The Walter & Elise Haas Fund. The Fund provides large-scale grants with seven-year grant terms to seven nonprofits that advance gender and racial equity in the Bay Area. Sharing their perspectives:

  • Pui Ling Tam, Relationship Manager, Walter and Elise Haas Fund

  • Sarah Lau, Director of People and Culture, La Cocina

  • Betsy Leondar-Wright, Ph.D., Fund the People

Together, the panelists will share the story behind the research findings, and explore practical solutions for overcoming the barriers that prevent organizations from granting or raising "many-year" funding commitments—and why this shift matters more than ever.

Whether you're a funder, nonprofit leader, or simply passionate about creating lasting change, this conversation will offer valuable insights and actionable takeaways.
