In Maine, we are lucky enough to have a number of strategies already in place to target ending food insecurity and to strengthen food systems. During this meeting of the Maine Food Funders Network, we will host several representatives from these initiatives to hear about the progress being made and the ways we can all support this critical work. We will be joined by:

• Sydney Brown, Ending Hunger by 2030
• Leah Rovner, New England Food System Planners Partnership
• Darcy Cooke, Maine Food Convergence & Maine Network of Community Food Councils (also on the advisory team for NEFSPP)
• Brittany Peats, DACF + Maine Won't Wait (Co-Chair of Local Foods Work Group)

Each of the speakers will give a brief overview of their work and then we will have an opportunities for a question and answer session.

This meeting is open to anyone who is part of the food system in Maine (nonprofits, funders, etc.).
