On February 13 from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. the Point32Health Foundation team will share updates on our Equity in Aging investment focus and grantmaking.

We are excited to begin this focus in earnest and work with organizations that are improving conditions affecting older adults and advancing social and racial justice.

Join us to learn how, together, we are addressing the root causes of health disparities and advocating to eliminate systemic barriers.

The session will include dates for our new funding cycles, an overview of the Foundation's 2025 focus and presentations from community based organizations currently receiving funding.
