Sustaining Ourselves and Our Communities: Nervous System Regulation for Philanthropy & Grantees in Uncertain Times
Program Details

As many nonprofits navigate funding losses, job insecurity, and mounting pressures, their ability to lead and serve with resilience is more critical than ever. This workshop will provide practical tools to regulate the nervous system, manage stress, and sustain well-being in the face of uncertainty. Participants will explore mindfulness, breathwork, and grounding techniques while also discussing ways to support each other through peer support and exploring the principles of trauma informed care and resilience. By prioritizing nervous system regulation, both funders and nonprofits can foster sustainable movements, reduce burnout, and build stronger, more adaptive organizations that continue to drive equity and justice despite external challenges.
Space is limited. If the session fills up before you can register, please let us know your interest so we can assess if we should schedule another session later this year.
