Maine’s nonprofit sector is rich with experience, insight, and creativity—and this gathering is about tapping into that collective well to imagine what’s possible, together. Through reflection, meaningful discussions and collaborative learning,  we’ll practice the skills that sustain our work and recharge so we can become a stronger, more connected sector. You’ll leave equipped with strategies to use and share—producing ripple effects that propel collaboration and strengthen the collective capacity of Maine’s nonprofit community.

Throughout the day, participants will move through a thoughtfully designed experience that blends structured discussions with informal moments for connection and reflection. The agenda features dynamic plenaries, peer-led breakout conversations, dedicated time for networking, and a live MANP Connects panel to wrap up the day.
