This workshop focuses on internal organizational change and provides the opportunity for participants to explore how white normative culture impacts group norms, policies, practices, and communications. This session centers the whole person and examines how experiences, beliefs and world view influence and inform the way we do our jobs, interact with others, and make decisions.
