The MPC Common Grant Application (CGA) was developed in 2005 by MPC grantmaker members to enhance the overall quality of proposals they receive and to create greater efficiencies for grantseekers.
Some grantmakers have also used the CGA as inspiration for their own forms and application process.
The MPC Common Grant Application consists of a Request Form accompanied by either Application A OR Application B. Individual funders will let you know whether they are requesting Application A or Application B.
