Mission: I’m Your Neighbor Books cultivates welcoming behaviors and builds a sense of belonging in all our communities by increasing access to and engagement with Immigrant and New Generation children’s literature.
Recent Program: I’m Your Neighbor Books shares Sanctuary Stories, books that offer safety, healing, and hope, to children impacted by family detention, deportation, or fear. Through partnerships, we send these vital stories to families across Maine and the nation. Together, we can build belonging, one book at a time.
