Courage in Practice: Strategies for Implementing Values-Aligned Practices

With increasing calls for grantmakers to implement grantmaking practices that align with the current moment of crisis, organizational culture can play a big role in defining and holding in place process - and in how rapidly change is happening inside the organization. This workshop explores how organizational culture impacts grantmaking practice and identifies solutions that prepare participants to lead organizational change from wherever they sit in the organization. 

During this workshop, participants will:

• Learn what it means to align organizational values and grantmaking practice.
• Identify specific changes they would like to make to their own grantmaking practice.
• Prepare strategies to help build consensus and manage change in their own organization.
