Available for All
The conference venue, the Augusta Civic Center, is ADA compliant. If you have questions about the physical space, you can reach out to MPC as listed above or contact the venue directly at (207) 626-2405 to ensure they are aware of and can meet additional accommodations.
All session speakers will use microphones and provide visual descriptions of themselves and any slides.
Real-time captioning (CART) will be shown on screens for the morning and afternoon keynote sessions.
Private spaces are available for attendees who may need them during the day. Please reach out to MPC to let us know if you may need to use a private space during the conference or find us at the registration table.
Gender neutral restrooms will be available and clearly marked in the venue. Maps will be available at the registration desk and in the conference program.
We will make every effort to make sure all dietary restrictions noted in the registration form are honored. Menus will be available within a month before the conference.
